The digester Abat KAM-250 is suitable for cooking broths, soups, sauces, creams, cereals and boiling water at the enterprises of public nutrition and trade. Heating is by way of a "steam water jacket". If there is no water in the "steam shirt", heating is automatically turned off. The body is made of steel AISI 304, a crucible of stainless steel AISI 321.
