The digester Abat KAM-P is suitable for cooking broths, soups, sauces, creams, cereals and boiling water at the enterprises of public nutrition and trade. Heating is by way of a "steam water jacket". If there is no water in the "steam shirt", heating is automatically turned off. The casing bowl of the boiler and "steam shirt" made of stainless steel.
