There are bread machine SEMP EVA3-42 used in baking industry for cutting wheat, rye and bread made from various mixtures, loafs, gingerbread, rusks plates into pieces of specified thickness. The equipment offers high performance and is designed for continuous operation.

Features:

• The product is captured and moves into the cutting zone with 2 conveyors
• The height of the upper conveyor is adjustable
• Frame fastening of the knives allows you to replace or pull each knife separately
• Electronic speed control bread flow
• Movement of knives: pairwise reciprocal
• Feeder side of the bread is an additional tray with the ability to change the angle and width guides
• Crumbs and small scraps in the process of going in a special box
• All parts in direct contact with the product are made of stainless steel
