Description
Unit Cofrimell Oasis 2-10 is used for preparing granite-based syrups, juices or purees from fruits and berries. A device that allows you to produce sweet dessert at high speed, is suitable for use in enterprises of public catering, and also retail outlets, including street.
Grantor equipped with two containers with lids that provide access to their internal content. The device is equipped with functions of cooling and stirring to maintain a uniform consistency throughout the product inside each container. A horizontal auger rotates smoothly, capturing the contents of the entire container. The distribution of the finished granites is carried out by dosing valves, which are broad platforms for tableware, simultaneously playing the role of the drip pan.
Removable container made of food-grade polycarbonate, the cylindrical evaporators - stainless steel AISI 304. If necessary, the design of the unit made of stainless steel, can be easily disassembled, which facilitates cleaning after use.
