Unit Cofrimell Oasis of 1-10 is used for preparing granite-based syrups, juices or purees from fruits and berries. A device that allows you to produce sweet dessert at high speed, is suitable for use in enterprises of public catering, and also retail outlets, including street.

Grantor provided with a single container with a lid that provides access to its content. The device is equipped with functions of cooling and stirring to maintain a uniform consistency throughout the product inside the container. A horizontal auger rotates smoothly, capturing the contents of the entire container. The distribution of the finished granites by means of a dispensing tap, beneath which is a broad platform for the dishes, at the same time playing the role of the drip tray.

Removable container is made from food-grade polycarbonate, the cylindrical evaporator - AISI 304 stainless steel. If necessary, the design of the unit made of stainless steel, can be easily disassembled, which facilitates cleaning after use.
