Granitor Bras QUARK 3 is used for preparation of frozen drinks and fruity desserts with ice chips. This model is ideal for use in small and medium-sized catering establishments, thanks to its small and compact size.

The device is equipped with a patented system of electromagnetic actuator, continuously adjustable temperature and a safety device against overload. Its body is made of stainless steel.
