The apparatus by tecnoinox FR35G/0 is suitable for cooking in a large volume of oil at the enterprises of public catering. Bath is equipped with rounded edges and cold zone to keep the oil. The body is made of stainless steel.

The fryer is equipped with gas pipes, the piezoelectric switching on tap with valve and thermocouple safety lock function of heating elements, drain the bath in case of accidental discovery, work and additional safety thermostat, and also the deepening from the overflow of liquids.

The set includes basket and lid.
