Fryer Pitco SE14X+SF+SPINFRESH+Caste is suitable for preparing a wide range of dishes in plenty of hot oil or fat. The unit is located in a closed stand.

The device operates on SPINFRESH, representing the following: the product is fried in deep fat in a round basket lift lifts the basket, a special mechanism rotates the basket about its axis (speed and time are regulated/programmed), the oil flows from the product during rotation, the product zagotavlivali using convection under rotation.

With this system of cooking reduced the fat content in the finished product (free 20-38%, onion – 24%, chicken wings – 16%) and is reduced by 48.8 per cent of oil consumption and lengthens the possible period of storage of finished products due to removal of oils from its surface. The oil doesn't splash - safety is confirmed by numerous tests. The adjustable speed allows you to cook even the most delicate products. Safety cover blocks operator access to the rotating basket.
