Fryer Lotus F2/8-74ET is designed for cooking various dishes in a large amount of oil or fat on the enterprises of public catering and trade. The model is equipped with double thermostat for the control and protection against overheating, 2 filters for baths, 2 steel baskets, with insulated handles and height adjustable feet. The presence of the bead prevents the splashing of water when cooking.

The body is made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 mirror polished, one-piece table top 1.2 mm thick, rounded corners and chrome accents.
