Fryer Lotus F13-74ET is designed for cooking various dishes in a large amount of oil or fat on the enterprises of public catering and trade. The model is equipped with double thermostat for the control and protection against overheating, a filter for bathtub, steel basket with insulated handle and adjustable legs. The presence of the bead prevents the splashing of water when cooking.

The body is made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 mirror polished, one-piece table top 1.2 mm thick, rounded corners and chrome accents.
