Fryer with electric heating Lincat DF66FL is suitable for preparing a wide range of dishes in plenty of hot oil or fat. The device is part of a series of modular equipment Silverlink.

Controls Assembly provided on the front panel. Design hinged heating elements allows easy cleaning bath of the fryer at the end of the day. The standard package includes 2 baskets, skid plates, separating the Resistors from the working volume, the fixture facilitating the rise of Tans, a bucket for oil, mechanical filter. Can be optionally BA96 basket, half-size, DC06 kit for roasting and DCD01 doughnut dispenser doughnut.
