Fryer with electric heating Lincat DF66/STFL is designed for cooking various dishes in a large volume of hot oil or fat to catering companies. The model is part of a series of modular equipment Silverlink.

In the standard delivery includes: 3 baskets, skid plates, separating the Resistors from the working volume, the fixture facilitating the rise of Tans, a bucket for oil, mechanical filter.

Optional: BA96 basket half-size; DC06 kit for frying donuts; DCD01 doughnut dispenser.
