Fryer LILOMA FLT 10 is designed for cooking various dishes in a large volume of oil at the enterprises of public catering. The design of the fryers have "cold zones", which allows the use of oil, not changing it for a long time.

For the safety of personnel model is equipped with a thermostat and overheat protection. Plastic cover for control panel protects against splashing oil. The body is made of stainless steel AISI 18/10.
