Rectangle frying stainless steel tanks promotes more uniform cooking process. Cover is made of cast aluminum alloy. Built-in filtration system extends oil life. The drainage channel for the condensate in the bottom of the cover prevents the ingress of condensate into the hot oil when you open the lid.

In the scope of delivery includes frame on wheels, a fixture to connect the hose, open the basket and the basket tongs.
