Fryer Henny Penny EEE-141 is used for preparing wide range of dishes in plenty of hot oil or fat for the food industry and public catering. Built-in filtration system extends oil life. The fryer is equipped with a profile for hanging baskets and their movement along the apparatus. The device has the capability to automatically exit standby mode, melting of the solid and liquid fat.
