Fryer Apach APFG-47P 700 series is designed to toast foods in large quantity of hot oil or fat. The model is used in cafes, restaurants and catering.

The device is equipped with stainless steel burners with automatic flame stabilizer, safety valve and piezoelectric ignition system. Deep fryer, cold zone is provided. The casing and surfaces of equipment made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The set includes a basket made of chrome plated steel wire and stainless steel cover. There is a locking mechanism that keeps the basket with the finished product over the bath. Supplied on a closed Cabinet with hinged door.
