Electric fryer Apach APFE-47P 700-series is suitable for preparing a wide range of dishes in hot oil or fat. Tub appliance designed for use one basket, located underneath the faucet with the filter to drain the oil into a special container.

Model have Electromechanical control panel with a safety sensor which locks out the heating elements if overheating. Deep fryer, cold zone is provided, which allows to increase time of use oil and easier cleaning of equipment. The unit is supplied on a closed Cabinet with hinged door. The casing and surfaces of equipment made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The set includes a basket made of chrome plated steel wire and stainless steel cover. There is a locking mechanism that keeps the basket with the finished product over the bath.
