Machine donuts event consists of four main components:

• Frying tub.
• Manual dispenser. Mounted above the frying bath on a special bracket. He has a unique head for forming doughnuts, which allows you to work on the test almost any consistency from liquid to thick enough.
• The control unit with electric heater. Heats and maintaining the desired temperature of the frying bath.
• Pallet. It serves for calculations of the tub ready donuts.

Gulfstream-2M is able to put in his bath at the same time 25 doughnuts, so its performance is 300 donuts per hour.

The operation of the apparatus begins with the formation by means of a dispenser donut the desired weight and then cooking in a frying tub. The process of cooking of the doughnut takes on average 50 seconds. During this time, the doughnut is upside down. When it is ready, the donuts are extracted from the bath of frying using cooking tweezers and placed on a tray attached to the starboard side of the device.
