The device Aurea PC8 is designed to clean shellfish to the catering business. The equipment is equipped with asynchronous motor. In control panel there is a button on / off switch and timer. Transparent lid allows a visual estimate of the degree of purification of the product. The microswitches inhibit the control of the actuator when the lid is opened. The device is mounted on adjustable legs for attachment to the floor. The body is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

In the scope of delivery includes disc for cleaning and washing of mussels, shellfish and crustaceans.
